A NEW IDENTITY,
A STUDY ON THE GEOMETRY
OF THE SUGAR CRYSTAL.
In this project, the sugar crystal is interpreted, the pivotal element for the Franciacorta vinification. This choice, trough a strict geometry system takes here a meaning bound to a message of construction strictness: the same strictness that we find in the vineyard and in the cellar, the care of details in the grapevine cultivation and in all the processes of the vinification, even the chemical ones.
The elements from nature passes through the man's hands which with mastery transforms them in a higher work: the wine, in a symbiotic exchange relationship. The crystal dissolved in the wine and transformed by yeast rises again in a new form giving birth to a polyhedric senses stimulation.
Renewed shapes, for the wine labels, are a recall to the heraldry tradition of the historic logo: an evolution of the chevron, revisited in a contemporary manner.
A continuous line intersects creating a new idea of chevron, used several times in Franciacorta, but in this case suitable to host the new geometrical system.
